"small business owners are missing valuable opportunities to use the web to promote their business and build their customer base."My name is Helen Palombo and I established bien creative to assist small businesses and voluntary organisations across Sydney's North Shore to establish or upgrade their websites in a cost effective way.
In addition to web design, I am also a professional photographer. My pictures enhance many of my web designs but are just as likely to appear in photo albums or on mantelpieces.
